A simple Cheese Sauce for all meals…
INGREDIENTS
300 grams of Cheddar Cheese Grating of Nutmeg3 Cloves of Garlic Wholegrain and Hot Mustard,to taste 2 Teaspoons of Tarragon
Salt and Black Pepper(Be careful with the salt due to the cheese and high salt content!)
1 Carton of Single Cream
2-3 Tablespoons Mashed Potato Flakes/Flour
20-30 grams of butter
METHOD
Grate the cheese and peel garlic. Melt the butter/ add the soya oil. Add the garlic, tarragon and nutmeg, and fry for a few minutes. Add seasonings, except the salt. Add the potato flakes and cream, plus a drop of water(Around 200 mls). Add cheese and allow to melt for 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning. Serve over any meal of choice. Enjoy!!
