Fried Chicken Seasoning#1-Sazon De Pollo Frito#1

Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
100 grams of Plain Flour/Yellow Harina Pan(Pre-cooked maize meal)/Rice Flour
1/2 Tablespoon of Oregano

2 Beaten Eggs(For the seasoned flour option)

    METHOD

There are two ways of doing this:

BATTER MIX: Mix all of the seasonings and flour together and then add water and whisk to a smooth and thick consistency. Dip chicken pieces in the batter and fry on a moderately high heat for 20 minutes or until cooked through. It may be easier to remove the bone from the chicken pieces, for a quicker cooking time. OR you can fry the chicken until the coating goes crispy and then preheat your oven and cook the pieces for a further 20 minutes on 180 degrees, or until cooked through.

SEASONED FLOUR: Mix all of the ingredients together, and then dredge pieces of chicken with the flour. Dip in two beaten eggs and then dip again in the flour(It may help to use a spoon to help you roll the meat around in the seasoning.). It may be easier to remove the bone from the chicken pieces, for a quicker cooking time. Fry the pieces until crisp, and then place in a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
ENJOY!!

    12. I am shocked!! What food would you recommend? We have some good street food here in London. You have to search for the fried chicken with flavour. That’s why I made my own chicken recipes. The secret is to double dip the chicken for good coating to chicken ratio
